Made an appointment for my truck to have the transmission services and to have the driver's side doors tightened up as it has significant rattle, and to have an air bag recall completed. The tech that they assigned to check the rattle must be deaf as he could not hear a very obvious abnormal sound coming from the doors. Then I was charged a $55.44 shop fee, first off, I was not informed that a shop fee would be incurred, and I was not given an itemization, or this fee nor was the manager able to describe for me what the charges were for. They then failed to address the airbag issue.

Visiting Carlsbad for emergency Sunday night, hit concrete curb that extends way into the parking lot of Kentucky Fried Chicken, dumping out all oil. I waited for opening at the Carlsbad Chevrolet Service door Monday morning. They rushed getting it from tow truck and within hours found oil filter was hit. Replaced it, filled with oil, checked everything carefully, and did road test. Happy for the urgent attention!
