Definitely an improvement over past experiences. I liked the people I dealt with and enjoyed it somewhat. It was late in the day and although I appreciate it getting done. I will take my time in the future to better enjoy the vehicle shopping experience. Totally my fault. If I'm in the market again soon I will give them a shot at making a deal.

Carlsbad Chevrolet is and has been, the BEST service department hands down. Their motto should be, “We do the work, You pay the money and Nobody gets hurt!” Carlsbad Chevrolet performs “Quality Work” so much so, that I purchased and LIVE in Texas, but will drive to Carlsbad Chevrolet just to have my oil changed!…that’s not bragging, THAT’S “REPUTATION!”

I took my truck in three different times and none of the times were the issues fixed. My truck was in the dealership for almost two weeks. During that entire time, I had to be calling constantly to be updated, not a single time did someone reach out to update me. When I took it to a mechanic not with the dealership, they found the issue in less than a day.

I took my truck in to get service done to it for shaking at the steering wheel once I reached 70 miles an hour. I was told I need a whole new strut assembly in the front and 2 new front tires plus a control arm to fix the issue, and balancing of tires. I had my truck in the shop for 4 full days once I received my truck on the fourth day I drove it around and the truck was still doing the same thing and now I feel vibration my right foot as I step on the gas petal, I took truck in shop for the 2nd time and a tech drove my truck and balanced the tires. The truck still shakes and vibrates i didn’t wanna bring my truck in a third time to be honest I lost trust and confidence that the job could get done correctly at this point. I feel like I spent a lot of money on parts based on what I was told was wrong with my truck, and still dealing with same issue. I am an unsatisfied customer who has been coming to Carlsbad Chevrolet for over 5 years now.

The Chevrolet dealership is astounding, and the service department is absolutely fabulous. Thank you, Carlsbad Chevrolet, for all you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a hood shield for my 2020 Chevy Silverado High Country Truck and the dealership placed it on for me. They as a whole team great so great from the parts department to the service department they were all great and did an excellent job!
