    I called the dealership three times to make an appointment to get my vehicle in to have it serviced. No one ever called me back so I had to drive to the dealership to make an appointment not knowing whether they would have one available.

    When I made the appointment for service on my vehicle, a code reader was used to determine the cause of the steady service engine light. I left the dealership as the scheduled appointment was for later in the week. i was called on the cell phone to return to the dealership to begin troubleshooting the problem that day. Problem was found that morning and was repaired and I got the vehicle back in the late afternoon of the same day.
