100 percent from every one involved!!! Couldn’t ask for better service all the people were helpful and polite.

I am currently working in the Carlsbad area in oil ang gas, I work each day, including Saturday. I had several days off due to weather so I needed to get several items checked on my vehicle, one was an oil change, which was done and I was okay with it. However that day I had asked for someone to look at my black radio screen, they said they would try, but the the was not there on Saturday. I called back on Monday, no answer in service department. The lady who answers the phone said she would take my contact info and have them call back, they never did. When I called her back she seemed to be very curt and kind of read me my rights, she forgot her role as as a service group that is supposed to help customers and help the company do well. I finally got in touch again Tuesday and asked for someone check my radio screen that day or the next because I was off those two days but had to return Thursday to work. She returned and said they could do it Friday and I had told her it would not work, she offered no solution just hung up. I have 4 Chevrolets and have had probably 40. If a dealership doesn't value its customers I would never consider them on a buy. If I acted that way or treated my job role like these two, I would be fired, however I understand my role and would never. I also know the best advertisement is words from friends. It appears that I will need o wait until I go home to get my vehicle checked out. If that is true, I will file a formal complaint with General Motors of how they are represented at this dealership, it is sad to see. I cannot imagine the owner upholding such behavior, it is their loss and just bad business.
